training, pilates, balance, and core strengthening to
contemporary Christian music. The
program is 90 minutes long, including a devotional time and 75 minutes of
exercise. The exercise portion consists of warm-up and
stretching, 30-35 minutes of cardio, cool down, and 25 minutes of strength
training. Come and try out one of these classes! We also offer a 40 minute workout focused on
strength training (abs, inner and outer thighs, arms, gluetals,
etc).
