features cardio, strength training, pilates, balance, and core strengthening to contemporary Christian music. The program is 90 minutes long, including a devotional time and 75 minutes of exercise. The exercise portion consists of warm-up and stretching, 30-35 minutes of cardio, cool down, and 25 minutes of strength training. Come and try out one of these classes! We also offer a 40 minute workout focused on strength training (abs, inner and outer thighs, arms, gluetals, etc).

Winter session runs from January 7th through March 21st:
Mondays and Thursdays,
7 – 8:30 P.M.
Mondays 9- 9:45 A.M. (Strength training)

Wednesdays and Fridays,
9 – 10:30 A.M. (Childcare available for $1.00 per child)
